He attended Secondary Electrotechnical Industrial School in Bratislava. He graduated from SVŠT (Slovak Technical University), Elektrotechnical faculty with a specialization in Automation and regulation techniques (Technical cybernetics). From 1978 to 1991 he was an employee of DUSLO, Inc. Šaľa, where he worked as the Manager of the Measurement and Regulation department.
He is the founder of MENERT Ltd. and he occupied the post of the General Director between 1991 and 2004. From 2005 to 2006 he worked for Slovenské elektrárne,Inc. as the Director of the Investment division and the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Since 2006 has been a part of MENERT Ltd. again as the General Director.
Ing. Marta Wöllnerová
Birthplace: Kajal, Slovakia
She completed her high-school studies in Skalica in 1973. She graduated from The Faculty of Economics and management, with a specialization in Crisis management, from The Slovak Agricultural University in Nitra.
She has worked for MENERT Ltd. since 1993, first as the head of the Economic division and since 2001, as the Executive Director.
JUDr. Miroslav Wöllner
Birthplace: Liptovský Mikuláš, Slovakia
He attended Secondary Industrial Technical School in Šala. He graduated from Facfulty of Law, at Matej Bell University, Banská Bytrica with specialization in Law. In 2008 he extended his education by Doctoral studies at the same Univerzity and obtained a JUDr. title (lawyer).
In 1997 he studied English on International College of English Perth, Australia. In 2005 he attended Total quality management course - TQM in JAPAN.
From 1994 he was an employee of MENERT Ltd. where he worked as the Direfctor of trade section and Authorized agent of the company. Since May 2007 he has been CEO of MENERT Ltd.
He is also active in affiliated companies of MENERT:
ECOWATT, Ltd. Galanta – CEO, MENERT-Biotech Ltd., Šaľa – Trade director, AQWATT, Ltd. Šaľa – CEO, ENE-TEP Inc. Šaľa – member of the Board of Directors.
Miroslav speaks fluent Slovak, Czech, English, Russian and Hungarian.
Peter Hlavatý
Birthplace: Šala, Slovakia
He attended Secondary chemical school in Šala with a specialization in automation, measurement and regulation from which he graduated in 1987. He extended his proficiency in the field of Industrial Power Engineering at The Slovak Energetic Agency in Bratislava. Between 1987 and 1991 he worked for DUSLO, Inc., as a Measurement and Regulation worker. He was also employed by SMTE, Ltd. from 1991 to 1993 in the same capacity.
He has worked for MENERT since 1993, first as a production engineer and later the head of the Sales section. Since 2000 he has been the director of the Civil & Engineering division.
Ing. Milan Halomi
Birthplace: Tvrdošovce, Slovakia
He attended Secondary industrial chemical school in Nitra. He graduated from the Chemical–technology Faculty at the Slovak Technical University. Between 1975 and 1991, he was employed by DUSLO, Inc. as a Manager and from 1991 to 2004 worked as a Business representative in Russia for Petrimex, Inc. and Slovakofarma, Inc.
He has been a Menert employee since 2004 as the director of the Automation, measurement & regulation division.
Ing. Vojtech Szetyinszký
Birthplace: Šaľa, Slovakia
He graduated from Secondary Industrial School in Komárno in 1976. He is a graduate of the Machine Engineering Faculty ČVUT Prague, (Czech technical University), with a specialization in Economics and the management of Machine Engineering Production. From 1982 to 1992 he was an employee of TOS, a state owned enterprise in Galanta, where he worked as the director of the Machine engineering division.
He has been employed by MENERT Ltd. since 1995 as the Director of the Machine Engineering division.
Ing. Ján Repka
Birthplace: Žilina, Slovakia
He attended high-school in Žilina from the 1st to 3rd grade and graduated from high-school in Banska Štiavnica where he also spent a year preparing to study in a foreign country. He is a graduate of the Company Management Faculty at the University of Economics in Bratislava. He has worked in several companies from which the most notable are MEVAK Inc., in Nitra as the head of the finance and tax department and Nitrafrost, Inc. as a standardizer and planner of production and later as a company analyst.
He has been employed by MENERT Ltd. since 2003 as the Director of the Economic section.
Ing. Mária Kaprinayová
Birthplace: Trnava, Slovakia
She completed her high-school studies at a Hungarian language school in Galanta and Graduated from the Chemical-technological faculty, with a specialization in organic chemistry, at the Slovak technical University in Bratislava in 1983. From 1983 to 1993 she worked for TOS, a state owned enterprise in Galanta, as a technologist of surface treatment and the foreman of machine installation.
She has worked for MENERT Ltd. since 1999, first as the head of the BOZP department (Health and work protection) and the PO department (fire protection) and since 2000 she has been the head of the OK department (Quality Control) and the ŽP department (Environment protection).
Ing. Ladislav Eštok
Birthplace: Michalovce, Slovakia
He completed high-school education by graduation from the Industrial School
in Michalovce Department of Electrical Powerline. He graduated from Slovak
Technical University in Bratislava, major: Reporting electronics. He worked
in several companies, of which most known are Teplárenská (Heating comapny)
Bratislava as a Executive Director of Trade and Information and Teplárenská
(Heating company) Trnava, as a CEO and Chairman of the Board.
At MENERT he has been working since 2008 as a Director of technical
development, trade and logistics section.
