The machine engineering division was formed in 1998 and at present, is a constantly improving production-sales unit of the company and today it has over 40 employes. It has own production facilities with an area of 10.000 m2 consisting of production halls and outdoor storage and handling areas. The facilities have exclusive water and sewer connections, a transformer station, adjusting station, gas connection and complete sanitary facilities for its employees.

Isothermal shelters

Universal isothermal shelters are designed to house navigators, communication ground stations as well as hydrometeorological or ambient air monitoring stations and various adjusting devices. They feature an outstandingly rigid and lightweight sandwich structure. The structure, made by using the vacuum adhesion of aluminum materials and polystyrene, provides excellent heat-insulation properties, resistance to corrosion with almost unlimited durability. Shelters are produced in stationary and mobile versions. The mobile version is mounted on separately trailed frames or as a body on utility cars or trucks. The quality of the shelters is best proved by the fact that they have been used in more than 50 countries all over the world.

Dumpsters, winding and storage containers

Menert Ltd. produces and sells dumpsters and winding containers designed for the collection, transport, processing, recycling or disposal of waste materials from the municipal or industrial sectors. It is an all-welded structure from steel sheet/plate with a thickness from 3 to 6 mm, which provides water-tightness and rigidity. Containers come in open or closed (with cover) versions, with one or two pick-up bars. Double cross spay application can be provided in various colors and guarantees long product durability. The annual output of 300 to 400 units reflects our customer’s satisfaction and the good quality of the products.

Storage container

Storage containers are designed for demanding and permanent placement in civil engineering or industry. The structure of the container provides easy manipulation by crane or lift truck.

We are able to do any modifications according to customer needs.

Machine engineering products

The machine engineering division, besides its main activities, produces products as welded steel, rustless and aluminum structures, counterpoise, rail production, and other products.
Metal work includes sheet and folded metal products. The products are made of steel, aluminum or stainless material. The technological equipment and welding methods are adapted to the materials.

Cutting is another area of division activities. Manufacturing is specialized in individual and small-scale production. Technological equipment allows the turning, milling, drilling, counter and surface grinding and tool sharpening.

The dimensions and characteristics of the products can be adjusted to customer needs.
